If you have installed Windowblinds under the Administrative account it should be ready to go in all logins. I have set it up on my kids pc and they each have their own WB skins. Nothing special needs to be done. Just under each login, you select the skin you want to use and it only changes in that login. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by

I just got one the other day. Make sure your address is correct in your account.
Hmm it seems to me there is a trend here. jmcjmk is posting links for a site that is not related to skinning. Looks to me more like "spamming" than a worthwhile post.
This item has been available since just after the Gamecube debuted (2 years ago), where have you been? Its a nice idea if you need that kind of thing. However I like my game machine to be just a game machine. Although I think even Nintendo will have to change that thinking for its next console as the all-in-one box is catching on. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="ab
Its not "buying" ratings privilege. Not all of us can contribute via making skins. By buying a subscription I have contributed to the site and feel I deserve the privilege of rating skins if I so choose. I do, however, agree that is often a lot of "junk"..... but one man's junk is another man's treasure. I enjoy finding the little treasures scattered here. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smi
Btw if you don't have the start menu showing you can hit the Windows key, right next to "alt" on many keyboards, and the menu shows up allowing you to shutdown, etc.
Its a great time to be a Patriots fan. American football for those who don't know. 11-2 record
It comes done to if you haven't already got a subscription go get one. Its a worthwhile investment if you like skinning. Instead of having dinner out some night, just have PB&J and there you go a wincustomize subscription <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered b
This is one big storm for December in Massachusetts. I live southwest of Boston and when all is said and done should be between 24 and 30 inches. Its time likes this I'm glad to have a snowthrower.
Did you set the location to be where you live? You didn't mention if you also get the sun during the day. If it isn't changing, then I suspect it isn't updating.
I generally use Wincustomize more often as I have had on and off problems with either discussions updating or skins showing properly in SDC. However things have been working better lately so may just use SDC. One reason its handy to have both (on dailup) is because when downloading the library.zip file for example you can't do anything else, so can just use the other program. <img src="http://images.sta
Actually when you first run DX it loads with a "blank" theme, only setting up IconX, which you can disable if you want. So then its just a matter of choosing which objects you wish to add, and then saving it as a theme so it will load on startup with that setup. Be sure to set the wallpaper you want with the theme in DX also. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddl
I think this skin suite is phenomenal. Its definitely the best holiday theme I have seen and wanted to use. My kids were drooling over this when I showed it to them in progress lol.
a first rate skin from the way it looks now. Usually I've found holiday skins to be too much in the greens and reds and just plain ugly. This is a nice balance. Can't wait for the finished product.
I didn't see the point of Bootskins til I tried the program. Sure I hardly re-boot, but when I do its nice to be able to see something different if I choose. It was asked why some don't reboot often when updating WB, but its usually only minor changes, not something that will change the skin I'm currently using. I mainly reboot if I do a Windows Update or a program like DX2 with MCP that works during the bootup process. Usually though rebooting isn't a must do right now type of thing.
Interesting... I have FlashGet and the Skinbrowser has never activated it, even though it works fine with IE (when I use IE lol). I believe with the nature of the file, it must be downloaded by the Skinbrowser and loaded when done. I would assume if you have a download manager jumping in, then its interrupting the process. Perhaps you need to set the download manager to download to the SB folder? <img src=
I have Nero Wave Editor that can also edit mp3's without making them wavs first. I'm sure there are other programs, but this is one anyway.
Very cool! Be funny if it started to accumulate at the bottom of the screen For me the CPU usage seems to be between 2 and 8%.... as it fluctuates. Still it shows the power of DX2.
One thing Firebird has over Opera for sure is the price... its free. Sure there is a free version of Opera, but it has ugly ads in it. Still I've tried Opera on several occasions and it has been too clunky for my tastes. I was on the MyIE2 bandwagon for quite some time, but I defected quite easily to Firebird intially for the reason that it had the features I wanted, but more importantly I could skin it without it interferring with Windowblinds. MyIE2 doesn't get along well with WB when i
I downloaded it, and installed over my current copy and it works just wonderfully. Although none of the updates really affects things as I have them. The weather docklet is a little improved at least.
Overall I think Revolutions finished well, but agree some things still went unanswered. The ghosty twins seemed to survive the explosion in Reloaded, but were not seen again... why have it seem like they survived then? The Merovingian was supposed to be this unbelievably tough cookie and they just walked all over him.... and was Persephone there just to show off her breasts? Why didn't Neo recognize Bane as being Smith when he first addressed him as "Mr. Anderson"? He has
StyleXP goes about it all wrong anyway, it uses a modifield dll file. Windowblinds does not affect your system adversely in any way. Plus an added benefit now is the recent addition into SkinStudio Professional that can import stylexp themes and export them as WB compatible skins. So just one more reason to stick with what works.... windowblinds. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif"
I plan to see Revolutions this weekend, but so far the reviews haven't been good to it. Though I don't think reviewers really get it anyway. The only thing I had against Reloaded was that some scenes were longer than they needed to be. I will be interested though to see if the last one fits with something I read on matrix-explained.com. Will add more once I've seen it though. <img src="http://images.stardo
I have MM and it doesn't touch the associations. Only the ones that I have selected in its options. So I'm not sure what is going wrong for you. But a complete uninstall, reboot, then reinstall can do wonders for some programs including MM. Just make sure when you are installing to choose only the files you want associated and it should be fine. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" bo
I just read on the newsgroup for DX that ObjectMedia doesn't yet support Audio CD's. It is in the works though. Anyway its not that big of a deal since I put my cd's into mp3 format, but I do like to play a cd once in awhile anyway.
