Actually, Microsoft does pretty much release updates every month. And quite honestly, from using IE7, Internet Explorer isn't really improving. Thats pretty much a fact, actually once a month an update for the Malicious Software Removal tool is made available for DL... *Sighs* LiquidGuru, f

Dont forget about the Kama Sutra Worm thats also supposed to destroy us all tommorrow, LoL.. (May be the same as the Black Worm, I have only slightly paid attention, LoL) You can tell I am real concerned... Sometimes I wonder if AV companies develop these nasty little progs just to sell more of their product... I mean really, if there werent anything to worry about who would need Nortons, or pro versions of Zone Alarm with Antivir

It's already got more features than anything I'd be able to build myself, though I do want to build one for the experience Fin

Just to throw something out there after the fact, you should have been able to delete the folder by booting from a live Linux CD or from a Bart's PE CD, rather than going through the extra hassle of a 2nd install. Thats funny, To be completely honest Tj I was attempting to create that boot disk with

Can anyone comment on whether Hawaiian Pea Berry is worth the money? I've had Jamaican Blue Mountain and it's very good coffee, but I'm hesitant to pay $18 for half a pound and pay to ship it from Hawaii unless I know it's good stuff. Thanks!! I can! I lived in Hawaii for 3 years and used to buy all

*Update* = Success! What I ended up doing to remove the file was installing my copy of XP onto one of my slaves then accessing my "C" drive from it and deleting the file... It is *Really* Gone...Sheeeesh!! As for the command switch's, I had actually tried those earlier today with no success, all except for the "F" switch.. I wonder if that might have done it? I dont know, but I am SOOOOOO GLAD thats over!... I

Well it is rare for me to ask for help but I have tried all the simple methods that I know... I have never encountered a problem like this, it really is more of an annoyance than anything else, but it is one I would like to resolve.. First of all, OS = WinXP pro Sp1a And the View hidden folders and files option is set... I know, I really should install SP2... eventually.. In my root directory I have a folder/directo

Anyway, I just used imaging software found on ultimate boot disk There are actually 3 or 4 Hard Drive cloning utilities on UBD, not to mention a load of other nifty utilities... Be careful though using some of the stuff on that disk without first reading the instructions can ruin your day....

This is not banter. There is a genuine prejudice here that stems from my complete mistrust of Trolls due to a childhood incident I don't want to get into here. Lets just say it has left me with Chromatophobia (a form of fear of all things green) and Stump-Dendrophobia (a fear of tree stumps). *Dusts o
