If you have read any of my other blogs, you'll notice a trend. I am your average geek. One of my passions is reading books. Horror novels. But I have a beef. I'm staring RIGHT at you Miss. Rice. That is right, Anne Rice, author of over twenty books, most of those one long series of vampire novels, starting with Interview With a Vampire. Don't get m

Welll well, been waiting for something like this. As I am gay, and been through this, I can say a couple of things. I honestly beleive that gay people are divided into two factions: People that are gay, and people that put being gay in front of being a person. There really is a difference. Hell, the Whole Adam and Eve thing is so over and done with. The Bible, and all it's good times are on the way out. Science is proving tha

So, like a billion people in the greater North America, I too sauntered to the movie theater with a pack of friends and took in the summer spectacular Harry Potter and the .....wait, wrong article. This is about everyone's favorite blue and red super guy. Spiderman. I liked the movie. There is something to be said for watching a movie where, for the first hal

Well, that isn't true. A few months ago, in Jan, I started a Live Journal. I felt great, because to a degree, it allowed me to skip more social gatherings, and avoid lenghtly phone calls from well-wishers and friends that tie up my time and kept me from Final Fantasy XI. The Live Journal was a way for me to express myself, and get out things that bother

Stephen King, most of you know who he is. He is a man with over thirty-five best sellers, world-wide best sellers I might add. He is the man that helped bring back the horror genre in books. Not Thrillers, but genuine horror. Many of you have probably read at least one of his books. But have you read the Dark Tower series? Now, I am not a scien

Yes, I exaggerated. 16 hours was a bit of a overthrow, but April's 10.5 hour patch wasn't. And if I exaggerated, I suppose the good things I said were too, then? The content added was to attract back a lot of the Japanese players that started dropping off. The number of times I have taken part in Garrison, or BCNM 40 and died, is a huge number. Not because I was no good, but because other people don't know what they were doing. Maybe, to

I read this little fact on the internet, and I was apalled. Actually, that is skipping ahead. I read in a friend's Livejournal that Halle Barrie has decided that she will not sign on for X-3. So, Storm will be written out. Apparently the reason, as reported, was that the movie will finish up the Wolverine story Arc and Storm doesn't have a bunch of lines

Oh, it is so much better in a lot of asspects, but the short-comings are all too prelevant. Hell, every other gaming MMORPG got rid of Leveling Down, for instance, why not FFXI? These are things to consider. I played hardcore for 8 months..amd then the lvl grind started.... and it jsut lost interest..I don't know..ultimately, it's every individual's call, right?

Do we all remember a little game called Total Recall for the NES? Sure, if you are a old school gamer, you would. It was a game that was put out after a successful movie. The Atari had one, called E.T: Extra Terrestrial. A game so bad that there is a landfill somewhere in Nevada that holds all the copies ever made....well, about 97%. It appeared in EGM last year, and

Final Fantasy X-2. You all liked Final Fantasy X, right? Best movie you have ever played? My good friend recieved it for christmas. As we are both Square fanboys, I was jealous, not having a PS2 at the time. HE played it for one day, then tossed the controller to the side. " Crap." Recently, I reaquired a PS2 and picked FFX-2 from the used game

So, I ran out and pre-ordered Final Fantasy XI back in August of last year. I had jsut gone through a terrible breakup with EverQuest a few months before. I wasn't sure if I was ready to get into another long term commitment, but crap people, it's FINAL FANTASY. After rangling with the credit card, I waited the two hours to allow the new release patch to download.

I am your typical gamer, and sometimes I need to talk about it. Most of my friends are nazi elitist gamers and most don't play at all. * What's a Final Fantasy?* So, I created this little home to use in this way. God only knows what it will progress into.
