I'd love to see some of 'em updated myself...hell, I'd love to update 'em!, only thing is if the original style, feel, magic, whatever is preserved as the blind's original creator intended it. I've seen remakes of greatness go to some mutant, awful, piece of crap that had no resemblance whatsoever with the original work. Just turn on the TV or go watch a "new" movie as good examples.... Anyone consider that maybe THEY don't WANT their classics updated, upgraded, redone or whatever? I mean, they're not capable of updating their blinds if THEY so chose? I seriously doubt that! Not meaning to be a smart ass or anything, Dave, but skinning isn't an exact science and a little experimentation and trial and error is the best learning tool there is. Move stuff around, change settings, push it to the limit (s), MAKE it do what you want, poke around in every section or sub-section you can find and if you break it...start all over again! THAT'S skinning.....
