Oh, sweetheart. I'm glad (from my point of view) to say that I have never had to go through anything like this, except when a friend of mine died back when I was about 9 or 10, so it doesn't really have the same sort of impact. The fact that you are grieving for him shows that you care as much as any obituary might do, but don't forget to celebrate his life, too. You know we're all here for you. Aria

In the words of Bart Simpson: "I was dead at the time!" My Dad's favourite: "It was a creaky floorboard" What about: Better out than in? We could go on and on!! Aria

I'm selling my car! I'm so happy about it that I had to share it with all of you :) I decided to sell it yesterday after realising that my Dad's old pergeot is much less scary to drive than I thought, so I'll be having that one instead when I've sold my little Polo. I think I may have already found a buyer, too! Well, that's my exciting, inane news

Thank you so much! I think I will try and start writing a novel of some description and see what happens. I need some characters now! Thanks again, steven, I'm so pleased that you think I have a natural talent to write! lol Aria

I've been thinking to myself recently that I would really love to write a book. But then I run into a small problem - I have no idea how to do it! Maybe that sounds strange, but I can't quite get my brain around it. Are there any writers out there who could give me a few tips? Well, it would probably take me about 5 years to write, anyhow! :) <

Hey - keep it appropriate, "Kermit". Muggaz - I'm sorry to hear about your nana. My nana passed away suddenly 2 years ago after a fall (she hit her head), so I know what it is like. I am so glad that I went to visit her just before it happened, as I live hundreds of miles away. God bless, and keep in contact with your nana! Aria

Hi, Personally, this is something I wouldn't be able to take in my relationship, and I feel I would be hurt and destroyed if my partner did this to me. Whether you class it as cheating or not, it's not right (imo) in the context of a relationship. I'm sorry you've had to experience this, and it sounds like you're better off without him. Good luck. We say "Flip" "Frick" or "fetch" (well most do...I use the old standard "F***") Fetch?! Never heard that before! lol! I can't remember where I heard it, but somewhere where I used to live people used to say "Do you want to go up town?" or "...up the shop?", so in that way we're similar to you <

chip - OK! I'll be sure to include that one in my conversations later "I'm going to the store. You wanna go with?" Yes, this is a saying in the UK too. We shorten everything, don't we! <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" a
