That's a good one, Little Whip. Very cute, I've never heard of that before. Cool site too. (If there is sound on the site, I can't seem to get that.) >>"I'll never say YUCK until I've tried it". I would agree with you, Olikara, but not when it comes to worms and other creepy-crawlies. lol

Beyond Divinity's two-character control is awkard, but I've sort of gotten used to it. I topped playing when I got to the second chapter however I'm going to start playing it again soon. I don't like not being able to customise the equipment of evil Knight more.
Awesomely done article. SPMBT is a ton of fun, though I haven't played it as much as i have played Steel Panthers World at War , a more windows friendly version of Steel panthers. SPMBT is a labor of love and it shows. And it's very easy to get into even if one has never played wargames before. If you haven't yet, join their y
I have a few bad habits of my own. *g* Still, I can't stand it when people use the phrase, "All in all..."
Some people just never think of the consequences. I've seen bike riders cut in front of a bus that's turning out from a bus stop, and then act like they are on some kind of high. "I beat a bus." they seem to say behind that smirk on their faces. One of these days, you might just find yourself under a bus and all mangle up, jerk.
>> you only have so many chances to try that stuff, right? Bleh...actually where I am, it's not that hard to get them if one gets the urge to try them. They look like the superworms people around here buy from pet stores to feed their Koi fish, except maybe a little smaller. If you live in asia, weird foods are a-plenty and many are of acquired taste. But I'm not the very adve
Congrats!!!
One of my colleagues has just returned from Thailand and she has bought worms for us to eat. That's right -- worms. Not those wonderfully tangy green mangos, not those crispy Thai pork floss crackers, not those tasty fried pork jerky thins...but fried worms in a clear plastic box. "Would you like to try some?" Everyone looked at each other with
>> my my, who set your tampon string on fire? Little Whip, you certainly have a way with words. *cleans up coffee spill on the keyboard*
I'd like to write a good story and publish it. I'd like to master German and French languages. I would like to be an expert strategist/ wargamer.
I think there's just this to keep in mind that makes a person on the internet a happier person: Don't take things too personally. Don't take stuff that happens on the internet too seriously, sometimes the personality on the otherside of the screen is just a sock puppet for someone to amuse himself/herself. >>beware of writing "thanks for your comment" to every person who responds
I love Dido. I find her songs very poetic and meaningful.
I understand completely. I felt sad the day I had to replace my second computer. It was a Blaster PC, a PIII, and it ran for four and half years without problems. After a couple of incidences of blue screen and strange clankity-clank noises, it died. It was the best computer a girl could have. I still have the handsome casing right here. (I'm really not kidding about feeling sad about moving on from the Blaster PC.)
Now this is the kind of horoscope I like! None of that silly, your planet is in junction with neptune and all that...
I had this problem while I was in US. I think now it is the height and hardness of the pillow (not high enough, and not hard enough). I had dream after dream, vivid, nonsensical random stuff (and of course, those stupid tornado dreams too, and i'm getting those at home these days as well, so...). It's not as bad as you that I wake up with a bad headache. (Disturbing nonetheless.) erm... - maybe you can try turning your m
In certain places, as long as you don't tell people your gender or race, the internet remains happily blind to what you are. Sometimes revealing your true race heritage or gender, causes people to assume certain things about you and you get treated according to the stereotype held by the ignorant masses. >> Color and gender never became a issue until now. Am I being judged by someone else's mental picture? Am I being disliked by the way I ty
I heard a lot of people are excited about EQ2 too.
Thanks for the tips, Keo Lin.
>> I hate watching them look at her and wonder what they did wrong. I know they blame themselves sigh, parents always do that. >> Does that mean I should forgive her, and give her another chance? I'm just so angry with her, and at my family for setting themselves up for this fall, and it will happen. I know that. It is a difficult question when it refers to your own sister. All the best, and may things turn out better
Nice.
It's suppose to get easier, like Crusader says. I do rant about my rather boring life in the blog when I don't have anything interesting to post for the forum. The way I see it, at least I'm writing. Since I've come here, I've been writing more than I have before. I try to make one entry per day, except maybe for one day a week (usually sat or sun) when I would allow myself to take a break. I am just babbling just now (and probably still doin
>> (apart from the 500 or so stairs you have to climb back up at the end!) I have learnt that a lot of the best places to see on earth have lots of stairs.
The cheats are essential if you really want to quickly get down to experimenting with wicked ideas. I left my sim alone for a bit. She did better than I expected. I guess maybe I was overly worried for nothing, she seems to be able to get herself to work on time just fine. And she would prepare something for herself if she is hungry and clean up after that. Still, I notice her
>> Where do you live? How many times have you been to Oz? I live in Singapore. I've been to Oz twice. First time, to the west coast, Perth, touring down to Albany. Second time, I was on the east side - Brisbane, the Sunshine coast, then flew down south to Canberra and drove back up again making stops at the Blue Mountains and Western Plains Zoo along the way. I be back there ag
>>"Can we come play?" squealed the two neighbor children standing on my porch. Now, they had arrived less than 5 minutes from the time that the pizza delivery vehicle had been parked in front of my driveway. Coincidence? Maybe, but they certainly are sharp. >> I sent them packing . . . aren't I mean? hehe. Chiprj: >> We gave the children some candy. The adults that were there pushed the kids out of the
