I think it has its positives and its negatives Mod. One one hand you can defend yourself. That's good. But on the other hand, i worry if some might see it as a license to shoot over non lethal matters. Time will tell i guess.

Thanks for dodging my question Dog! Also, i think the COL's point (correct me if i'm wrong here) is that dubya didn't create the problem, but his actions have accelerated the timetable for rogue nations to get the nukes in their hands. Just because he doesn't like dubya doesn't mean it's not true.

America and Japan are the two largest buyers of Chinese goods. If we pull the plug on the market for said goods. They are in a lot of trouble Lucas! King is right about The North Koreans. Ever yell at a snarling dog? They just become more vicious.

I saw the report on Hardball and i will re-post the transcript as soon as they add it to the MSNBC site. (it usually takes 48-72 hours for them to post) Think about it for a second. Wether or not a country has been trying to develop nukes is one thing, but to say that a country like Iran isn't motivated to achieving capability asap because of what they see as an impending attack by the US is extremely naive. A lot of countries would like nukes to point at us. It's been a

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOhhhh I've been to the Beach House before. I was installing the wireless at the Dana Point Marriott and went there a couple of times. I'm one block off the south coast highway as we speak. You know where Fashion Island is? Most of the Kiosks in Seatown are Rimini coffee it think. Damn good stuff. As previously stated, i'm a fan of the double double at in-n-out. i hate their fries though. I just got

Neo = New Conservative = Anyone who's political beliefs that are slightly to the left of Ghengis Khan. (Before you all get mad at me, an ARCH conservative friend told me that joke) So if the math is right...Neo + conservative = NEO-CON! One definition that i agreed with is when it is used to describe someone who was formally a liberal and switched sides. But what do i know...I'm just a LLL. Were clueless! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smiles/La

Sorry preacherman. I guess Baker and i have developed a nasty habit of ripping each other a new one. I still like and respect his work though. We just don't agree much is all. I started out as a ULC minister (not an internet one, i was actually ordained by a friend who has been with them since the 1960's) but i became involved with a local bible study group a few years ago. A bunch of free thinkers who arent afraid of ruffling a few feathers i

I'm not saying that we should disregard religion. That's where you are wayyy off track here Baker. All that i am saying is that folks like you act as if the history of christianity is unblemished. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth. You say that it is the individual that is responsible for atrocities. OK, i can see your point to a certain extent. But when it comes down to it, the Holy See could have put a stop to it. Did they? Nope! they let the killing continue, and in fa

So you are saying that the crusades were concocted by a bunch of guys with nothing better to do than to slaughter muslims and jews? And that the inquisition was just a wacky misunderstanding? WOW. Ever hear of the Roman Catholic Church? Mother Church also looked the other way during the Holocaust if you desire a more recent example. And i see that you are also dabbling in mind reading. Nice. It was the system that allowed Stalin to commit those atrocities. Please, stop

Actually Preacherman, you were right to assume that i was talking about people commiting atrocities in the big guy's name. Not that he was smiting millions from the heavens. I used to have a t-shirt that summed up my feelings. It said.... "Jesus, protect me from your followers" Also, Baker? All kinds of atrocities have been commited in a lot of different deities names over human history. Were talking about christianity here. Not dictators like Mao, or other religious g
