yea, But I've already paid for desktopx and bandvwm. I'd rather not buy a third program that supposedly the first two already have.

moshi mentioned in another thread that frogboy had told him that desktopx could make use of bandvwm. I don't see any way to do this, but maybe someone else can shed some light on this for me?

Oops. I got an ODBC error and assumed the first one didn't go through. It's worth saying twice (I guess this would be 3 times) that I would really like for there to be a VWM plugin for desktopx.

As far as I know, there is no VWM for desktopx. One has been promised for a very long time, but nothing yet.

I can't help with the nonXP testing, but I know XP supports icons up to 128x128 pixels. hmm. It just occurred to me that you may have meant the most popular size, not the largest. I usually use 48x48, but will occasionally go up to 64x64. people make such stunning icons these days, (yourself included, I love the Noia series) staying at 32x32 seems a shame.

Do you mean in DesktopX? Create a container, make sure you give it an Object ID. Go to the Relation tab and set the popup type to the one you want. Create a new object, and set it's Object Class to Popup. Click Configure and select the Object ID you gave the container. Your new object will not pop up the container. Good Luck!
