Apprentice and above can rate. is it true...Apprentice's can rate skins? if so....then i'm sending a complaint saying that i can't rate skins! cause i'm an Apprentice!!

i think you guys got it all wrong...i know that u have to be a level four user or five to be able to rate skins and a Journeymen or higher to rate skins. but i'm discussing a problem i have....i could only sometimes rate skins and im not supposted too!!! cause i'm an Apprentice.

Somethings are going on in my account. sometimes i have the ability to rate skins and some times i don't. when i was able to rate skins, i would check my account to see if i was brought up to a journeymen but i wasn't and when i come back to try to rate skins, i couldn't rate skins anymore. better get a gaming PC or Laptop. cause the chance that all the games u want to play will work on those types of computers are high. u know....since the computer is ment for games. and about that 64MB...u better upgrade that if u want to play the games that comment #1 mentioned.

i'm using WXPSP 2 and the skins still work on my computer. i think you need to change your firewall settings if possible.

it seems to me that the more we make nice, cool, and hot looking skins, the more trouble Microsoft has of making new skins for the future Windows (not Vista). We all make skins not even Microsoft would even think of! So should Wincustomize allow Windows to take one of our skins to make their future windows?
