should people be commenting on skin? in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

To me personaly, i think that commenting on people's skins is like helping them make better skins in the future because the person would read his comments and either think that he needs to make a better skin or just be proud of himself and move on. i was proud of myself when i moved from a citizen to an apprentice. So should people comment on skin? the answer is yes because it helps them think about how they made their skins and what can they do better

you guys are right even though i wanted everybody to get to know each other better, i didn't think about what to give in return or any thing. unless you want to change the rules and make it more fair i'll say ok but other wise this group is going down.

Is it fair to make too many bootskins a day? If you go to the bootskin gallery you will see at least two users submitting at least more than two skins a day and at least more than three or four skins a page. Is this fair? Well to some people the answer would be yes because they can't make skins so often and some users only look at the first page of the gallery. (Correct me if i'm wrong). i do bootskins in paint and so far i've made three and one is still waiting to be approved. It's tough making bootskins in paint if you want a photo from online to be changed into BMP format then pasted into your bootskin; and say the color is bad when you paste it. you have to to color in the right color every time and it's hard doing that if the photo came out really bad.
