I still think the idea of rewards and prizes for best quality skins is a wonderful thing. I don't have any suggestions about how to decide who's skin is worthy of an award. I agree with Hippy and quite a few others who've made suggestions and pointed out flaws in the proposed plan, but feel confident that there will eventually be a format for how to qualify a skin as award worthy. I get my most creative(culinary wise) when I am financially limited. I start making more meals my grandmother cooked on a regular basis(like limabean soup,pea soup,beans and rice, scalloped potatoes,potato soup,stew,oxtail soup,mac n cheese,chicken stew, chicken soup,any meal that can utilize leftovers over an extended period of time,shephards pie). We were thinking of allowing authors to click a checkbox to make a given submission only available to subscribers. great idea, that would definitely be a worthy idea. One of the things I was dissapointed about was that I only got two skins that were subscriber only skins. I expected to find a whole bunch of skins in the library that were previous
ok here's the best way to assign size to each icon in start. in IP, click on icons and cursors. select "start"tab, and highlight the icon you want to change, click "edit" icondeveloper opens up and you can select the size you want for that icon. go down the list of start icons and assign each one the size you want it to be. I am unsure if this will change the icons that show up in the start panel outside the ones pinned there.

I think that the mods have bowed to the constant complaints of people who surf in from the wallpaper sites and expect to see the same quality here. it's sad, Maybe they should consider weeding the walls out. I'd suggest creating a second wall link for the less desirable ones, but that would suck just as much space and time if not more , than what we have now.
