Many reporters voting for Demcorats does not prove that the media has a liberal bias. What goes on the news or is printed is decided by editors and executives who are ususally conservative. This does not mean that the conservative executives always force their opinions by slanting the news they broadcast; rather it shows that if there is any bias in the news, its is caused by the executives, not the reporters.

There is no liberal media. The smarter conservatives know that. The 1992 RNC chief said that it was a myth and said he had coached many kids' teams and compared screaming "liberal media" to yelling at every call against ypur team. William Kristol even slipped up with his talking points by saying, "The liberal media really never had that much power" (in other words, the liberal media are those magazines n mailings that go out like The Nation, not networ

When you speak of "old fart conservatives", who and what policies are you speaking of? And liberal wing of the Democratic Party shrieking? What about Zell Miller? You also called some people liars but gave no evidence of that. And also, why is it that people you (not you personally, I mean people in general) politically disagree with always hate their country. Did it ever cross people's minds that they didn't hate the US, bu

John McCain vs. Howard Dean would probably be a difficult decision. And not negatively. And THAT'S a change of pace. As for Florida Senator and Governor Bob Graham, I think he's retired from public life.

Alright! I beat Ronald Reagan as Franklin Roosevelt on Crippling level. At first, he had all red, but slowly it all turned back to me. My running mate was Jimmy Carter. His was Condy Rice. <img src="http://www.geocities.com/[email protected]/ExitPolls_RooseveltvsRe

The problem is, everybody is using th word "theory" incorrectly. Generally, it means an idea. A scientific theory, which Darwin's evolution is and intelligent design is not, is almsot completely accepted by scientists and remains a theory instead of a fact because we can't go back in time and observe it. As for the origin of life, cosmic evolution attempts to explain that. http://www.funkyscience.net/lonelyplanets/

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love this game. It's extremely addictive. It's inspired me to attempt to make my own Java program where you run a candidate in a primary. Does anyone have exprerience doing this kind of thing or making a simulator? This would be an interesting project to do. I already picked out some canidadates I'd like to be able to be played with, along with some general ideas for the functions in the game and what it wou

"Reagan is unbeatable in my estimation. He simply dominates most all states. I won NY and CA on my last try against him and that was it." I thought Reagan would be hard, but I creamed him on my first try with Clinton. But then, a few weeks later, I tried it with Jefferson, and I had to try to beat him several times before I won. Go figure.

I've been playing with the 1.02 version with the endorsement update, and since it's mentioned at the beginning of this thread, I'd like to comment on it. Some parts of it are a little annoying. I admit the restrictions on the Christian Federation and the Labor Unions are probably good ideas in my view, but I could come up with arguments for most of the others: Arnold is pro-choice. Dean has sided with environmentalists as much as businesse

I don't think THK meant it as a bash or an attack or anything. I think the question asked was a kind of strange question. THK appologized immediately after the event, and Laura Bush has responded by basically saying 'That's alright. I understand. I've had those "trick questions" before. I know what it's like. No offense taken.' While on the topic, I'll quickly say, yes all of those three are jobs. Education is important and so is being a mothe

To make a screenshot on a Windows computer, hit the Prt Scr (print screen) button. That will copy the screen and put it in the windows clipboard. Open up an image program like Paint and paste it in. There you go!

"(it'll be slightly harder for Republicans to get liberal endorsements and vice versa)" Oh, and I think that when dealing with the endorsements, people should remember how Howard Dean has support from the NRA. And Arnold is prochoice. And McCain is... well, I don't know, but he's gotta been enorsed by some non-Republican group
