Wincustomize; the top 5 skins of 2006! in Community WinCustomize Forums

this year, wincustomize was filled with alot of great skins on each category and with the GUI Champs., we got even more great skins (i wont count wallpapers, this ones aren't skins, walls are just art on my own feeling). hi all., since i buy my new TV/FM tunner for my pc i start getting some issues with object dock., the thing is that when i use my tv tunner to see the.., tv(ehem..), and change it into full view, object dock stays over the image, the only thing i do is to change the settings to just display on the system tray., and when i finish using the tv tunner, i set it up to display normaly (tabs always on top).., now, my question is this: how can i make a short cut to change the position of the do
