Having said that, it appears you are trying to activate Fences 3 with a Fences 2 serial. Try using your Object Desktop key instead. Lastly, please note that, as stated in the support confirmation

If you are using an Intel graphics card the issue may be with it's entry in the right-click menu. If you are comfortable with tweaking the registry you can download the following, unzip it, and double-click and it will disable that entry and should resolve the issue. (it changes the entry from {9B5F5829-A529-4B12-814A-E81BCB8D93FC} to -{9B5F5829-A529-4B12-814A-E81BCB8D93FC} so rest
