Adni, if you take your hard drive in they can recover the data on the hard disk for you. There would be a cost, but I do not know what it would be.

Good thread idea Treetog. My requests: On the start menu instead of the XP Highlighted option (which gives a color only when going over the items), having something that is skinnable as to give a mouseover effect (like in object bar).
