I think there are cliques but they are not always very obvious. Little-Whip has a following, Dr.Guy has a following...Tex has a following.. Brad and Karma have them.... Then there are us floaters who read a little of everyone and rarely comment unless we feel it absolutely necessary or if we're fee;ing bold enough to endure whatever criticism might come our way for our 2 cents.

"This article was poor form." I'm going to have to also agree. While I have spent my time here at JU reading your various articles I have always admired your integrity but I agree that this is below your standards. While I don't necessarily agree with everything that Trudy said ( and will not get into an argument here and I will refuse to reply if you try to start one) I will agree that Little-Whip, Trudy and Tex at times( although I usual
So I called Linda this morning. At first she was very understanding about my concern for Nicholas. Them she asked "how are we going to get to know him then." To which I replied, they only live 20 minutes away, it's not that far, there's no reason why I can't bring him out there for a few hours each week and by the 3rd or 4th time he should feel comfortable being wi
Thanks everyone. I'm going to call her this morning. Loca~ yes he's 8 months but I send him to a couple of different sitters and he's already starting to fuss a bit when I leave and he is real hesistant to go to people he doesnt' know. So I think 5 hours with someone he barely knows is a bad idea. And no as of now he's not but I did file and it's all up to the state now. Their constant excuse is that they are busy and I
sn#k#s i can't even type the word! I can't watch them on tv or in movies and if i saw one in real life I"d probably faint! Charissa
so if you aren't allergic to anything but you react to dove chocolate???????????????????????????? Charissa
So, if you don't know me already, I have a son. He's the most beautiful son in the world *ok I'm done bragging now*. The father is not involved by his own decision which is more than fine with me. However his parents have expressed an interest in being involved. Since he was born last October, they have seen him about 5/6 times. THEY LIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY! anyways
I have several companies on my resume that closed shortly after I left them (my leaving because I knew they would be closing). So don't worry about that. I would start watching the job market, I don't know how it is there but here it is awful. So while you shouldn't quit your job just yet there's nothing wrong with starting to look for another and making sure your resume is up to date just in case. Charissa
Congrats and Good Luck! What a fun adventure to embark on Charissa
Good luck. I'm from New Hampshire origionally. Hillsboro. It's beautiful up there, especially in the fall. Safe travels to you and your family. Charissa
haha I think if guy commented on my eyebrows I'd probably be embarassed since I do nothing to them. Then I'd probably laugh and compliment his. Nice story~ Charissa
hm... umm.. ok. lol so a troll is someone who posts annonymously (sp?) just to cause trouble? I don't think that you can troll on your own blog then. That doesn't make sense.
Hi, this might seem like a dumb question, but, What is trolling? And what is the purpose? and how can someone troll on their own blog? Thanks Charissa
Unfortunately no matter what you think of the president, HE is the president not YOU. And personally, while I understand your concerns, I don't know that it is necessary to keep bringing "what would Jesus do" into your reasoning. While I can admire your desire to do what He would do, it does make you seem somewhat ignorant. Perhaps, rather than attacking the president, since you aren't it, try to find what you CAN do rather than what you can pick at
Great story, and LIsa is definately a keeper. I think she difused the situation nicely while at the same time making it quite uncomfortable for your ex. How sweet. And welcome back! Charissa

Today I was reading my weekly chapter in "Captivating" by John and Stasi Eldredge. This weeks chapter was about Alluring Beauty. About biblical seduction in relationship with your significant other/spouse and the differences between a Desolate woman, an Emasculating woman and an Alluring woman. So after I finished reading I was thinking about my pitfalls in relationsh
Bravo! My thoughts exactly. I've always heard that men have the competitive drive more so than woman, but I completely disagree! Women are far more competitive between eachother then any man I know! That's one reason I've always found it safer to have guy friends. lol WOMEN! and to think we complain about men! hahaahaaa Charissa

I completely agree. I also think that it gives those of us who only use the state as a back up plan a bad name. In my case, did I mean to get pregnant? no but I did. So I did what I had to do, moved home to my parents, yes I have government aid but I breast fed for 6months first and got a lot of second hand things. Luckily for me, my mom through a shower and so did my best friend and I received many of the things I couldn't afford. My church has
I would stay clear. It's a small town ,the chances that you'll eventually bump into each other are greater. So, just wait, who knows, your kids will probably end up in school together so just wait for those functions for the if nessecary "wow long time no see." Charissa
I really enjoyed this article I am also a waitress/bartender/singer and I LOVE IT! You get to meet all sorts of interesting people. Good luck and have fun Charissa
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I seeeeeeeeeeeee well in that case, blog on and I"ll try to check in more often. Charissa
I read you from time to time and I agree with Tova that your articles seem to be directed at someone in particular. I guess that's fine, but it's hard to comment on them when I feel like I'm missing something. However, for some a blog is personal so that form of writing makes sense and perhaps for you that is the case. But, keep in mind it's hard to make comments aobut someone's personal thoughts and feelings if they are unsure about how they would
