I have a fear of sharks to the point where I hardly go to the beach for a swim anymore. It's not an irrational fear. I actually went swimming one day and saw this huge dark shadow under me and I was crying waiting for it to just tear to pieces. One irrational fear would be to look at myself in the mirror and seeing something coming up behind me when there is nothing. Too many horror flicks i suppose, lol!
