I've downloaded a trial version of DesktopX and liked the concept but the thought of having to completely re-learn a different interface sounded like it would be a bit more trouble than what it was worth to me.
Manick2005 Download one of my themes, and read this tutorial and you'll see the learning curve is not so horrible, and definitely worthwhile. I hope you like DX and choose to learn it.
A friend in Israel had a similar problem, but it was the ISP that was infected. I wonder if that was your problem.
Well he definitely did have some malware found by HiJack this, and removeit pro.
What I'd really love.. is an easy to follow tut on making a calendar
Here is the easiest tut you will find. Go to Martin's gallery, he has a template there intended for you to use for learning calendars. Use your own graphics, give Martin credit for his script. Easy enough? Hope this helps.
well, I finally found it... you create a new object, add the dxplayer in the general tab (additional abilities), then use the configure tab, go to fader/slider options and choose Vol(sli). This is where you add your images (background and volume button). In the Dx configuration window, on the bottom there is a Images tab. Tried it and it works. There might be another way also but this is what i found so far
This is how I do it. Sometimes I have trouble with the magic pin
I want to apologize for being a whiner and throwing a pity party for myself and being jealous. The truth of the matter is, if I were a little more self centered and looked out for myself first, I would have a lot more than I do. The fact is, I choose to support the people I've been supporting, in the manner in which they are accustomed, and that's more important to me than a laptop. Sometimes I forget that. That being said, y'all have some fantastic desktops! [/q
What's with everybody (except TG) having both a laptop AND a desktop? (....mumble, mumble, rich bastards, mumble, mumble).
A desktop, and 2 laptops. And a 26" HDTV as my PC Monitor....life is sweet! Oh, did I mention 4 GB RAM on the PC, and 2.5 GB on the Laptop? And a cable connection that gives me 16MB/sec. download speed? Yours looks nice, nothing wrong with it.
