I have dual booted Vista with XP several times very sucessfully. I beta tested Vista on a dual boot with XP. XP first, then Vista works fine. But Vista will be the default OS. This too can be overcome with VistaBootPro

So I found a terrific proggy called Vista boot pro3.3...dont let the name fool you...it also runs from XP and fixes what Vista leaves behind.
Hate to say I told you so....lol. ;)
Well, if you're hell bent on the dual boot, then the proper order of install is Vista, then XP....that way, if Vista takes a dive, XP is unscathed. For the life of me, I can't fathom anything WB could have done to create these kind of problems....I'm confident, we're missing something really fucking simple here.....
I have dual booted Vista with XP several times very sucessfully.
If you "throw" the objects against the side on my desktop they bounce (as long as I have that set on the Smile interface). If I set "Wall Mode" to Magnetic, they stick when "thrown". With either setting, if I set them on the site of the wall they stick. I didn't even notice this desktop when I upgraded. Cool!
You are correct! I see now that bouncing is the default, magnetic if chosen. Thanx for clearing that up. I never noticed it before tonight eithe

I was just reading the new DesktopX Guide and there is some misinformation there. On page 4 when talking about the Desktop Playground theme, it says that in Wall Mode the icons bounce off the edge of your screen, when actually, they stick to the sides of your screen. No biggie, just an observation. While I am here, I would like to know who wrote the scripts on this desktop, and who I need to ask to use them....please. ;) ;)
