i read the other thread before it was closed.....and it was closed for a valid reason. what's the point in this thread? for some reason, you're unhappy with stardock and/or wincustomize is what i gather. if you are indeed unhappy, leave. there's no need for drama or threats to bring stardock to its knees. you're upset due to a bootskin not being accepted, right? my understanding is you need permission from the wall's creator. if the wall's creator does

It's pretty ironic to me that the guy complaining about proper spelling and grammar needs to edit his own posts. There are multiple mistakes. As an example, there are quite a few commas missing.

i have the same issue. it's pretty aggravating, isn't it? if you have norton antivirus, make sure it doesn't have 'enable script blocking' checked in the options dialog.it is checked by default. i unchecked that and the blank pages and constant reinstalling of the windows script engine have stopped, more or less. i still have to install it every now and then but not after every reboot like i was before.

you kind of need the shellstyle.dll in order for sks to know which shellstyle to import, don't you? when i convert a skin, the first thing i do is extract the msstyle skin to the windows/resources/themes folder, then open sks and import it. sks does a great job. i always look things over and change what i think needs to be before i post it anywhere, though. sometimes, in order for the shellstyle to appear, the XP Shell - Shellstyle (unofficial) - Shell
