Helo TW, Yes. I used it in my clinical practice for that, as well as dealing with addiction. Meditation can be very effective in these areas. I really don't see the problem here. Companies chose all the time when they will allow workers a day off. Chick Fil-A and Hobby Lobby have signs up that say they are closed on Sunday so that their employees may worship. Sunday is the Christian sabbath, so these companies are favoring one religion. I was forced to take Christmas off and use a vacation day for Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah when I was working. It is what it is. Be well.
