I wouldn't care if they legalized all substances for consumption. If someone wants to eat, smoke or shoot something, I could care less. It would kill a large aspect of street violence, prevent losers for making "mad" money, and weed out some folks. When is the last time somebody died from a marijuana overdose?<TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" alig

BakerStreet, beer is a relaxant, same as pot. It seems to me that there isn't much different as long as it's carefully used. Alcohol is an anestetic depressant; Marijuanna is a sedative hypnotic...quite a difference actually. The mind-altering mechanisms for marijuanna and alcohol are as different than the sun and the moon. The
Darn! The screen shots didnt make it.
As ever, I am amused - and mildly irritated - by this daft, but common expression. I'm glad you were admused as this as far as I am concerned a pretty serious issue. Wha
I can kind of see your point, Baker, ESPECIALLY if the advertising were on ALL the busses. But the advertising isn't, and its easy to "fix"...he just has to grab another bus in the morning when he gets to work. Your missing the point. The decision was made in the bus drivers favor based upon religio
Re: the driver, The bus driver is hired to drive the bus. The bus doesn't belong to him, and I doubt very seriously he had any agreement that allowed him to okay ads. He should be forced to drive the bus and fired if he doesn't. Mr Baker- Well said. The situation got a bit more convaluted when the busli
Matters of public health and safety are hardly the same as who gets to advertise where. Gene, the point is where will it end? Will it end in adverts, or will it sneak up like you say to prohibit gays from riding certain busses.
But who's rights is the bus driver infringing upon? No ones. He just hops on a bus in the morning that doesn't have the "offending" advertisement See what happened here is the bus driver said I do not want to drive busses with gay adverts. based upon her religious beliefs. Then the bus line actually mad
We are having some issues over here about working women wearing the veil I'm guessing you do not live in the USA Jen?
...now the Religious are going to come out of the wordwork! My feelings exactally Doc. First, busdrivers dont have to drive busses based on religious beliefes. Next thing you know it, the bus lines wont let gays on the bus based on religious beliefes. Heck. Maybe the auto industry will get into
According to the Star Tribune, a St. Paul, MN bus driver was granted permission to NOT drive busses advertising a gay-themed ad published by Lavender. Transit authorities deemed the decision as a reasonable accomodation of the drivers religious beliefes. As the world grows more and more complex daily, more and more people seem to be bringing rel

I wouldnt go to the party without a date. I might not go to the party at all.
The final hour: Well I really cant say much here as it will disclose the ending, and I dont want to spoil it for anybody. This was an OK book. Nothing fancy in terms of writing, and easy enough for my 14 year old daughter to easily read. The story is a great artists interpretation. This book read like wathing a movie. Now to see the movie. I wonder how it will compare.

Personally I can see the humor of this, but also the sheer stupidity of it. Stupidity at its greatest Mason.
Another hour through: On the plane the trio decipher the code opening the cryptex, only to find another and another associated riddle. Off to the Temple Church they go, seeking an answer to the first line of the new riddle. At the Temple Church, Langdon, Teabing and Sophie realize they are at the wrong crypt. The treachery of Remy takes place when he frees Silas. Remy and Silas take the 2nd cryptex by force and Teabing
Three yo yo's, all employees of a Los Lunas, New Mexico Burger King were arrested and charged each with possession of marijuanna and aggravated battery on a police officer after two Isleta tribal police officers discovered that theier hamburgers were laced with marijuana. Teabing and Langdon pour out all there knowledge of the serarch for the Holy Grail into Spohie. She also learns about the secret society more deeply; the sex ritual she observed her grand
The security camara picked up a man walking in the Government building on 2 consecutive nights. Scott Blauvelt, a 35 year old city procecuter has been arrested and charged with 2 counts of public indecency. Nobody can guess as to why Mr Blauvelt was rolling the corriders without any clothes on, and he himself has not made any comment available. Perhaps Blauve
Ive started draining my olives and onions, and replacing their respective fluids with Sapphire. Much much tastier!
Im not familiar with the Dionne Warwick version, but I like the Crosby Stills Nash and Young version of Deja Vu
I started reading the DaVinci Code today. I havent seen the movie yet, and may not. I hear mixed reviews concerning the movie, in fact, even a few of my friends were not all that impressed. The book IMHO is going along pretty well. Ive been rivited to this fast-pace reading about a murdered curator who is also the Grand Master of a secret society whos goal
