it all depends on what type of theme you download... ie - if you download a skin from the WindowBlinds section, you need to use the app WindowBlinds to see the changes... ...if you would like to know where you can get the apps for any theme you've downloaded, just let us know what sections you've downloaded from and someone from around here should be able to help you out.

that's a lucky thing that you didn't open them!!! ...delete them straight away and take flip's advice with the virus scanning. The virus was called SirCam, and it's a nasty one! happy hunting

From within iconpackager choose file|open theme, then browse to where you downloaded the file and open it... ....then all you need to do is select the theme....choose load....then ok.....you can delete the file you downloaded after doing this.
