The absolute best thing that could happen to music and films in this country is the demise of the RIAA and the MPAA. Them trying to sue ISPs is as stupid as a bank sueing the city because it allowed the bank robbers to use its streets as a means of getaway. The RIAA and MPAA have stifled music and film long enough. Just like the mafia, their time has passed.

It's only appropriate for chimney sweeps, wildland firefighters and coal miners. ;~D As far as the article you cite though, while I think they were completely inappropriate, I think suspending the judge over it was just as inappropriate. When it comes to humor the formerly downtrodden get a liscence to poke fun
Are you saying that schools should set standards for graduation, and actually expect the students to meet them?? SAY IT ISN'T SO!!!!! What about their "self esteem"??? Once again, it took a "study" to figure out what most people already knew. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In today's society, the High S
What the judge seemed to be ignoring was it wasn't the daughter's phone to begin with. Apparently now, if I pay for the line, it belongs to anyone who happens to be using it. On the one side, parents are told that we should be held responsible for our kids' actions, we should know where they are and what they are doing 100% of the time. At the same time, we have no right to pry into their lives. How about a little logic here.
Your forgetting a few facts in your assessments here. First of all, the first volleys of WWIII occurred in the late 70s. There were many invitations for the US to join in, but until "9/11/01" we turned them all down. The other fact your missing is that France and Germany are already allied with the U.S. in most of the war on terror (which is to say, the seeds of WWIII)... As are a total of 54 nations (including France, Germany, P
I'm glad to hear your last great ride of the season did not end with a ride in an ambulance (of for that matter, a police car)... No ambulance, no foul.. right??? The funny part of this story is how you saw 2 bras. I mean, you never see two of the same shoe on the road, yet you saw two bras. Which also begs the question... Why is it that women weaer a pair of panties, but only one bra???? Hmmmmmmm..... ;~D
If you want to know about working on my stables..... read my blog. It's all there!!! If you've been working those stables, and it's all still in there, then you'd best get back in there and work them until it's not in there anymore!! ;~D
now, if this thing came with a weekly paycheck, i think i could learn to take the trash our all by myself. Aww, Little Whip don't want a Big Whipped around?? ;~D
After having spent many more nights away from my wife's bed that in it, I wonder if they could make a "Military Protective (Gas)Mask", "Rolled Up Field Jacket" or even an "Online all night because I can't sleep" pillow, to make me feel more "at home" as I sleep. Getting any of the pillows suggested in your article for my wife would just confuse her either way. ;~D
I think when all is said and done, the biggest beauty pageant will be a novelty "nostalgia" show called "Miss Real Woman" ;~D
Personal success doesn't always come at other people's expense, of course, but there's no denying that it can do. Sorry, but I can't see the point of trying to make economics a "zero sum" game. Yes, there are people who charge too much, and yes there are people who would be better off it they didn't.
It's kind of like me and Purple. I can't see it, smell it, taste it, touch it, or hear it. I can either accept that there are things in this existence that are beyond our ability to have proven to us, or I can think everyone who claims to see purple are delusional.
Thank you for the facts, it's great to see someone willing to contradict the press inspired hollywood representations of the Vietnam war. It is said that those who live through the worst of war are rarely willing to talk about it. In many cases, that is even used as the litmus test seperating those how really have from those who haven't. It seems to me that, somewhere around the mid 80's, the perception of the Vietnam vet changed. The rep

we hope we'd be brave, we'd not flinch from duty, and we'd stay strong. And we all can identify important things and people we'd die for. Funny how we're often not willing to *live* for those very same things. And from the darker side... what or who we would kill for.
If you choose to take part in any or all of these activities, I think I speak for the entire EMS community when I say.... THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!! ;~D lol What you call accidents, we call "job security!"
Your not middle aged yet!! If the average life expectancy is about 70, you won' t be middle aged for another... er.. um............... Nevermind
be on the look out for military korean and arabic linguists. Thnx for the warning!!! If those guys infiltrate the place, we'll all be in deep Kimchi!!!!
The Horror!!!! ;~D When I was younger I got into the habit of buying different bath soaps for my grandma. They were never anything exotic or rare, just whatever I found (and could afford) at a departmet store that I thought my grandma would like. As I got older, I thought that Grandma must be tired of knowing what she was going to get from me, year after year, so I the yearly bath soaps quit coming. Years later, Grandma was in
I'm trying to remember a time when I was doing the right thing made me the most popular. Being a Colonel, there were most likely many times you made decisions that weren't popular. I'm also fairly sure you made decisions that your subordinant leaders felt stupid passing along to the NCOs. I know, as an NCO (now retired), even the leaders I liked made me wonder what the heck they were thinking, I

So, since my pathetic life's dearest goal is to become an online community drama queen, you're suggesting that I remove the "satire" from the sub-title of my blog? "A Satire of Personal Tragedy, DIsaster, War, and Other Things that Just Plain Suck." I knew I was doing something wrong!!! ;~D
