First you need to open windowblinds and click on the system information link at the bottom left of it and copy and paste the into to this thread. I'm sure someone will come along that can help you. I don't know of any other reason for that problem.

It doesn't get deleted. There is a problem right now that they are aware of. It is still in moderation I would imagine. You are not the only one. An upload of mine "disappeared", but was actually still there. Also it can take up to 5 days to get through moderation. Someone that is in the know will probably come along and tell you it's in the que.
Sounds like your trial time is over and it's time to buy it. You can only use it free for 30 days. Re downloading it or reinstalling it will not help.

As far as I'm concerned this theme is timeless and the one that ultimately ends up being used on my computer more than any other during the Holidays. Would like to get that clock without the rest since I am already a OD subscriber.

If you deleted the frog screen while you were still using it you will need to reinstall it. Then put something else up and delete it again.
You also have to have the apply any wallpaper supplied option checked under Enhance Desktop Elements in the Windowblinds config screen under settings>basic settings.

I would have to say off the top, you have a version that's over a year old and should update it and go from there. You should also cross reference your account so it shows you as a current customer instead of a visitor. When did you pay for it? If it was recent you would have the latest version.
downloaded a lot of suites, cursor, package icons, desktop theme etc. and I dont konw how install in my PC... Like Cavan1 said, you will need to download the software that runs them first.
