And, yes Jafo, you have always been fair to me. But unfortunately you and another person here I will keep private, are not the only ones running this place. I don't care about the rating except that it keeps it from being shared with everyone if it isn't an 8 or better. I no longer have any goals here. I am very busy at another website I am a webmaster at. The only reason I care about ratings is if it isn't an 8 or higher almost no one will see it and that is not fair.

The rating system is the same as it's always been. Nothing is judged by it's quality here. It is judged by whether or not you are a brown noser, well liked by moderators and/or members of the community, or whether the moderator at the time of ratng, likes the style of it. Oh and if you happen to be part of the "in crowd". I have held this opinion back for far too long in hopes of something changing, but alas, it never will. I can just see the berating

Your computer can run slow if you still have the themes service turned on while you have windowblinds installed. Go to run on the start panel and type msconfig and then go to the services tab and scroll down till you see "Themes" and turn it off. That may be all it is.

Thank you for your very kind words. Please forgive me. I'm sorry I gave you the wrong impression and feel terrible that it sounded as if they didn't make it. They all did, but my niece lost a leg and was burned over 85% at 3rd and 4th degree. The rest were not as bad, but it was a very long haul. Many months in the UNC burn center here in North Carolina. My niece is now a monther of 3!! She was 3 when it happened. I won't go into the rest of the damage
