I forgot if you are not a Wincustomize subscriber goto Stardock website and goto support and put in your email and they will send you passwords and links of the programs you bought.

My cursor was going underneath dropdown menus,Object Dock,taskbar,titlebar and start menu. I don't know what orders they are(I could figure it out).But it did stay on top of windows, so I'm assuming that would put it at layer 3 if the desktop was layer 1 and the window was layer 2. ;p

He meant the Wincustomize website. When you sign in here above your name you will see Settings and then goto Registrations you should see all the programs that you have brought.

Or you can think of your desktop as layers. The wallpaper is the bottom layer and your cursor is the top layer. If you open two windows up the one that is focused is on top of the other and the other is sent down one layer. What is happening the cursor is being sent down to the wallpaper layer when the desktop is being refreshed.

It's not a Windows problem it's a Z order problem. There will be an update soon.

It depends on your budget. I recently purchased a customized pc from HP with Vista Ultimate installed. I have no problem running those programs. I would suggest 32bit, max ram and a large vid card. That's if you decide on Vista. I use an HP 9800 wideformat printer that's prints at 13x19 with 1200x1200dpi res. I had to install XP drivers to get it to print at high resolution. As for the monitor I have an HP 22" and a 24" lcd's and the nice thing about them is can turn the screen

Same happened to me. I applied Windows default cursor and then the theme cursor. The one thing that doesn't work is the Apply button. When I changed the size and clicked Apply nothing happens. I have set what I want and then goto My Cursors and double click on the cursor I was adjusting. Not just this cpu but my laptop also. Both Vista.

MicroSoft Sync in cars gives a whole new meaning to the word "Crash." :D I'm glad they put in Fords. I'm a GM man and I wouldn't have bought my new car if it had this in it. I'm happy with OnStar. And having OnStar with the GPS locater only raised my Ins. 17 dollars.
