As a reply to the O.P., there are a lot of skins where having Office 2k7 in Silver/Black doesn't detract from the consistency of the skin too much. It's a distraction in Dragon, for example, but not with Leo and Office set to Silver.

As far as I can find, it doesn't. The Outlook buttons/dropdowns are skinned, but nothing else.
