I've got this rotten, rotten flu - Part III will just have to wait, although the suspense is killing me!

werewolf's the only one thus far who does what I do - WorkShelf is great for having all of one's apps instantly and easily at fingertip, as well as remaining hidden until you require it with only a mouse bump... I'm rather curious about ObjectBar 2, though; any more hints about it?
I arise with a fresh mind and know the error of my ways - last night I was browsing for Xmas walls at a few of my preferred art sites and voila! I transposed their lack of a holiday section to wincustomize. I won't site apparent personal conditions that led to such a blunder, I'm way too cool for that , like it's been a stressful season and too much money out of pocket / the base of the tree is choked with p
I hate being humbled; long overdue, though...
See what I mean? And me with an English degree. Guess it's time to go to bed...
My family hates evanescence, since I crank the cd up in the jeep and there's no where to run... The music (in my opinion), cries desperation - you can't help but feel your heart flush through your veins. That kind of theme would be tough.
Yeah you're right - don't know what I was thinking. Guess I'll blame it on a senior moment... Actually quite embarrassing, as I'm hardly ever wrong and even less than that for being so blatantly wrong! I appologise for envolking an edited message.
Just A thought, but it would be nice to see a holidays section per skin category, something I haven't seen on other sites as well... As I said, just a thought.
I will say in final comment, that Dell, although somewhat time consuming, has always been there to remedy any problems I've had, including a bad flatscreen monitor (I wasn't too crazy about getting a used repaired screen in return, but they stuck by their words).
I've had Nvidia and ATI - I prefer ATI. I've had XP Home and Pro - I prefer Home. Ofcourse this is based on individual need. I've had 3 laptops and now have a Dell desktop - I prefer a laptop. As for Dell, I've seen better deals at Sam's...
Late but nonetheless here, thanks for the attachment, lecrayon...
OK - What happened to the dragonfly cursor theme? I contracted a nasty virus, ended up wiping my hard drive clean and starting all over (ugh!). This was, in my opinion, the most creative animation for a cursor that I've seen and alas, it's no longer in the library. Aside from wondering why, does anyone know where I can get ahold of it?
This is, of course, my favorite site, which says all that need be said about the uppers' abilities to handle all matters forthcoming. But I also see nothing wrong with the intermittent mud pie or two, as long as it's in the vein of intellectual discourse and not simply slinging them for the sake of character assassination...
512 megs is enough, unless you have and use several monster graphics programs, add to that publishing, printing, office and a myriad of others, not to mention music. I'd like more myself. I'd also have state-of-the-art video and sound cards. A flat screen is amust, once you go there you'll never go back. Any stuff that's wireless. USBs galore. Surround sound w/woofer. Of course everything must be color coded (mine's all black). If I was ready to spend that kind of monet, I'd probably be looking
Can't we all get along? This thread is filled with too much emotion and intermittent logic. I feel like I'm caught in a Bashing Pumpkins script. If a presumptuous email was all I had to worry about... Besides, any writer/artist will tell you - you'd better have one tough skin! And now for my final comment which no one seems to have heard before, no one ever said life was fair...
Life would be somehow less without Stardock. Such rigidity should require more introspection I would think...
I agree with Baker, if you don't want it, don't use it; this is negative feelings in a positive guise.
I'd tell you the story of the sappling bending with the wind, but...
OK, my curiosity is killing me - why do you want to give away your subscription?
What do you base your decision on - first come, first serve or 'most needy essay' or...
Anyone who has greatly desired to play with the latest Longhorn build does play with it. For me, it's just too early in it's development and very limited, but I must admit that the sidebar is way cool. I have a penchant for pixels and a simple English degree, and the programer's language is worse than Old English to me, I don't have a clue. I've been looking foreward to Longhorn's final release, but I've gleaned enough of Frogboy's Old English to now have a feeling of foreboding, as having my OS
I've seen exile be swift and concise, and those anvils that usually get hammered have more than deserved it... About the time I'm wondering, geeze, why doesn't an admin smoke this thread, poof! it's gone, shortly followed by 'nice knowin' ya.
Have I purchased skin suites in the past? Ahem, yes I have. But I can count them on one hand and from one master skinner. I enjoy skinning - I cannot foresee a point in time when I will charge the community to use my skins. It's my opinion. I also stay away from certain sites that have left the community for a personal profits program, which unfortuneately seems to be a growing trend. I realize all of the concrete arguments against these thoughts for 'hey! why shouldn't I make a buck, I slaved f
I've thrown a transparency button on one of my WB skins, and there are other skins that support transparency as well. You can also set window dragging to transparent. Also check out WindowFX. But a word of caution - I've found such settings to be a major system hog and not worth the sacrifice of speed.
Swell idea, Aqua, although a little too Socratic...
