No. Windowblinds themes and Curtain themes are not the same but you can have both on your machine. You have to switch from one to the other depending on which one you want to use. So I took Don's WB skin RedCarbonFibre https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/9259/ and in WB config tweaked it to be a shade more red. I also made some dark widgets. Here's how it came out. The reds in the skin and the reds in the wall aren't a perfect match but I like the look anyway.
