Did you install the programs? I don't think they will even be on your computer until you install them. Did your issue get resolved, you mention program files which indicates to me that your programs have been installed.

One thing I don't understand and I've seen similar actions from others here before is why you would remove all your stuff? Granted, circumstances are such that you won't be able to do any skinning now and I hope that situation is resolved soon, but there really is no reason to pull all your skins. Let people enjoy what you have created. That in itself will keep you here even if you are not here. Think about what a pain it'll be when you come back and have to upload everything
