My daughter has a HP desktop and she had the same error. From the description he provides it's the same problem she had. She doesn't run WB at all. It was the HD. We just had a new one put in the box with a fresh install of XP Home. Left the bad HD in the box and you could get anything you wanted off it. After she got everything she needed off it we just pulled the plug on it. Cost us a couple of bills but at least the data was saved.

Peru? I gotta try that place. Don't have good pizza unless I go to Chicago. Best pizza in the USA in Chicago. Hoosiers don't make as good a pizza.

Working well here. Just for the hell of it, this is what I do in a case like this: After I buy and download I go to Stardock Central. I uninstalled 5 through SDC. I reboot. I go back to SDC. I installed 6. I reboot. Life is good. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Smile.gif" border=0 align="absmiddle

Hey WebGizmos! The only thing I see and I never had occasion to look at it before is when you have IP up click on the settings icon and see if: Save IconPackager settings between sessions is checked. Mine was checked. I've never seen what you describe as happening, I wonder if that is the problem.

Hell ya use a vac! I take my shop vac and switch it from suck to blow. You should see how it gets rid of all the dust. Make sure you hold or tape down the little fans inside, otherwise they spin like crazy.

#1. Please stop with the lol stuff. #2. I find your comment about "gay" looking desktops offensive. #3. That is all.
