I like the way the site looks, clean and crisp. Though the search capabilities are extremely limited compared to the way the site looked way back in the old days. My issue is with the download button and the skin rating. I have unintentionally rated skins with a low rating because of the location of these two features. Someone need to move the skin rating to a lower traffic area on the page.

Just to update, I think it was an installation issue. But what I was experiencing was a complete cease in CPU activity. The mouse would not fluidly move across the screen and clicking on menus would not react up to 20-30 seconds, sometimes longer. Opening the webbrowser was probably the most foolish thing to do, and when opening taskmager, it would open quickly but the image would freeze. But all is good so far after the removal (complete) of WB and a reinstall.

Ok here we go again... someone is asking about multi-monitors My questions is... First, can you (regarding the bootscreen) get the the image to appear on all monitors or just the default. I have to assume you can only show on the default, due to the fact that the video drivers haven't loaded. right ??? Second, can you make the logon screen (logonstudio) get the the image to appear on the other monitors, either by creating a logon resolution to span, or maybe assignin

lol, I see my grammatical error. I am not refferring to Zubaz as the moron at Microsoft by the way. That should be a period after his name and then a capitol W to start the new sentence. Sorry Zubaz, my bad. The edit button is not showing, so I can't correct it. Just to clearify, I am in agreement with your statement. Amazing what a little sleep and a cup of coffee can do for you. <img src="http://images.st

I guess I'm gonna sit on the same fence as Zubaz, who was the moron at Microsoft that said "Hey, I have a great idea, you know out of the seven million tech support questions about how messed up Windows is, I have one here who says they are having a problem with thier sound card conflicting with kernal executions. Why don't we just take out the the hardware abstraction layer for sound? And solve this little problem for all Vista users. I know they haven't said anything it, but I'm sure they w

I saw that post, I just wanted to reiterate and clearify, to the people that request these uncommon wallpaper resolution sizes to fit thier screen. in reply to Quentin94, I understand what you have done to that image, but I am suggesting a way to have the image fit the same size without the distortion. As you can see the Windows Logo has been stretched to make it seem that the wallpaper is stretch and not natural. This is fine for some images (ie: same image with the logo would look f

With the increase use of multiple and Widescreen monitors, people are finding it difficult to find on the web, wallpapers to fit their monitor resolutions. There are some sites out there that have wallpapers that support the wide resolutions, but generally there is a fee for the download of these, on top of that, there are few websites that even have these wallpapers. My fix for this is to use paintshop pro, or whatever imaging software you choose that has these features is to cha

There is a program called Ultramon, which is software designed for multimonitor systems. It has a feature that allows you to stretch the wallaper to all monitors or different wallpapers for each monitor. It also has links to other useful resources for multi monitor use. It is by far the best software for such use. I have used multimonitors for many years now. You can also give each monitor a taskbar assigned to each monitor, but it does not currently support the transparency features in WB

Would anyone know why WindowBlinds would cause my my system to have hang issues. While WB was installed my computer would go through small but noticable periods of zero cpu activity. This just started happening recently but i cannot think of anything I have done to cause this issue.

Wow just found this, hope someone is still reading this. it's a Great Article, like alot of people, though I use the task manager I didn't think about using the other columns. My biggest question is what's up with the svchost.exe... when XP first came out I would only have about 2 processes running now I have 7 running; 2 in network service and 1 on local service and the rest in system. I just reinstalled my OS, so i know it's anything that's shoul

I use a logitech g7 gaming mouse and it does show on the system tray when the batteries are low. And you can also, through the setup, set the percentage of when you want to be notified that the batteries would need to be replaced. Also, some of my other Logitech devices, when you open up the setup through control panel as well as from system tray, there is a tab which lets you know if the battery life is good, low, needs to be recharged. I use the G

I was just wondering if anyone has made, an object for OBJ Dock, or a Widget, or something to have a mouse meter. I see alot of meter for batteries regarding battery life for a laptop, but with the surge of wireless mice and keyboards, it sure would be nice to have a battery meter for those. Anyone else seen one, or maybe someone can make one. Just a thought. </font
