Yeah goodluck F*cking bs. Why should I have gl. They should be worried about losing customers. If I can't use it because of there stupid reasons of just trying to get the software working is not my problem but theirs. I payed for the software, should'nt I have a right to use it? This is a very good way to push customers away. I would never make my customers feel uncomfortable with a product. Not for anyone.

I have already had a problem with the dang software since I bought that they never resolved yet. Why the heck should I wait for them to take there time? Open Monday through Friday. They been around for 13 going on 14 years now and they are not caught up to what is now a days with open almost all week with support with most of the jobs now a days. I just been having problems with Object Desktop Network 2007 for 2 and half weeks now and sent in 2 tickets now with no response. I can't get the dang software to even run. NOW HERE IS THE BULLSH*T! I got a damn activation error. WTF! They have not even resolved the problem of getting the $50 software to work right. I am pissed. They just started a hate war. Yes, I put in a ticket 2 days ago. I turned off the mcp smartstartup. I read in another post that it was still kind of beta.
That might be my problem is that new setting was already set as enable on mcp smartstartup. I been having problems with new object desktop 2007 since I bought it 2 weeks ago. Maybe it isnt completely running right yet and is a bug because I spent a lot of hours trying to get object desktop running.
If you have not read other post yet in other thread. I am currently not using object desktop. I can't fix it. Still have continue of issues and really tired of it and really have no more options left. That mcp smartstartup was already enabled everytime.
No I don't have mcp smartstartup enabled. I just checked in stardock central and it was already enabled and I guess always been. I never went in the general settings until now. Currently I am back to no install of stardock products again. I just spent endless hours of trying to figure why it would not work. Since last I posted it screwed up again and it got even worse. So far it is still working fine. I have only downloaded windowblinds files from wincustomize and changed different things. I downloaded suites before and it might have been something wrong with those already made suites on wincustomize. Heck, what can I say now that it works. I am using eminence theme for windowblinds.
I will stay away from bootskin, logonstudio, and cursorXP for now. I also downloaded some suites from wincustomize, and I should of probably read about them before downloading them. They might of been the cause too. Thanks for the help.
I have everything installed and did restart after each component and works fine running them. I had bootskin, logonstudio, cursorxp, when I installed before with the problem I was having. When I finally get components installed, should I use theme manager in Object Desktop or the one in the all programs list because the are both different? The one in the all programs, object desktop, theme manager 2007 has all the other stuff listed on the side. The one with Object Desktop Launcher has just suites to install.
I just hit a problem with windowblinds 5.1. Lightblue II would not load. I got Fresco loaded. I also had to reboot 3 times before windowblinds would even work.
I will try that thanks. I also read on frequently asked questions about Object Desktop Network on stardock.com and they say that this software is for people that want to use beta and they don't expect it to work perfectly. So why is it the same price as a cd, when it does not work the same?
I have bought Object Desktop Network about 2 weeks ago. I had it working for 3 days with no problems. The first 3 days of downloading and installing with Stardock Central. After, 3 days of great stuff it started to give me problems of not loading in to windows xp. I unstalled and reinstalled and multiple issues. I have not had a good running of Object Desktop Network since those first 3 days of buying the software. I just had Bichur help me in the windowblinds thread, that actually did not help
Well back with the same problem Bichur. It stopped working after 3 hours of use. Stupid me rebooted again to see if it would work. I could not even load into windows at all. I had to go back into safe mode and uninstall everything again. I currently have nothing of stardock on this laptop. I have had too much problems to put it back on. Well it works very nice now. I installed a few of the suites from wincustomize and reboot my laptop and walked away. When I came back it was loaded all the way up in Windows XP. So I am happy now. I also realized before with other installs that I did, I did not reboot the computer when it ask for windowblinds and 2 other softwares. I did it this time and I think that helped it too. It was not only the WindowFX and yes I had that checked for show pre-release. I went and uninstalled everything again. I used the zapper and now reinstalling without showing the pre-released versions. Hope it works better. Cross your fingers.

I have kind of similar problem but I just bought Object Desktop Network 2007 about a week and half to two weeks ago. I have everything available to download that I purchased downloaded and installed but when I got just WindowBlinds 5.1 and Iconpackager and wallpaper any of them and I reboot and the skin in windowblinds does not show and hangs and I have to do multiple shutdowns and startups just to get windows to load.
