If I did go to church with wife and kids I too would be forever feigning and interest and belief. Bu I guess i am asking at the very heart why some can believe and others can not...

The point of this article is not Religion is wrong but just that certain people can not make the transition to a Religion. There has been a lot of religious debate lately in JU. I think some people are just not made for Religion; and I'll stick the to main ones Christianity and Islam. Lately my wife has been going to church with our two so
why do they let anonymous users post?
Uhhh! Pierce Brosnan was the worst bond ever, I like the guy but he was a terrible bond, he was Too polished for the role
No the worst are the dreams where you just had some hot sweaty sex with a girl and then wake up next to your wife
Not to worry the Bond films they make now suck anyway. All about the Bang and not about the story
Hey each to their own That I respect
photos of Jesus playing with puppies Ohh that would be cute I don;t mind those emails so much, just set you spam blocker to search on keywords Jesus God Love Savlation harmony
I am not so arrogant as to think I (as a finite being) can even begin to understand the workings of an infinite being. But that doesn't make Him wrong. You should have enough courage to think for yourself and your Religion should give you enough room to try I do have an honest question slightly off the HP topic: Would you su
OMG is this fiction / non fiction ? Help?!
This is the worst of any religion: Blind Faith The willingness for followers to blindly follow the words of a leader or book. It is the death of free thinking. Now that I think about it this is my problem with Religion is general; most religions do not encourage free thinking. Religions don't want free thinkers they want people that will come to their church or whatever, give some $$, listen, make more subscribers, lather and repeat. I am just boggled that Tova is following the le
Zoomba, Good call. But our friend Tova is in a pickle. Her religion forbides her to view these movies or books so she can never find out that the religion is wrong about these books / movies. This is why Blind faith has no place in religion yet why so many need it.
It was fiction but had a "bad guy" dinosaur in it. When he has nightmares about that dinosaur he can tell me its not real, but he's still scared of it. He knows they don't exist now, but at night, well he isn't so sure. It's all part of growing up. You can't shield them forever from everything or certain subjects you feel would corrupt them. <BR
I never had a problem with it. Just like I don't have a problem with my kids reading books (Like C.S. Lewis Chronicles of Narnia) and others. As long as the setting is on another planet or so obviously sci-fi I don't mind. I just think it is strange that you will allow it IF it is on a different plane
don't let them read or watch things like Harry Potter though. Because that is on earth and about a little boy who doesn't need God because he has God-like powers. wow, yeah it's best to hide these things from kids. Might as well put superman movies on that list. You wouldn't want your kids thinking th
Wow Great to know Kids eat free there! Now my wife can;t say no
I used to play when i was a kid with my brother We would spend hours doing dungeons and whatnot He'd be the DM. It is a fantastic game to build basic strategy and imagination and good plain fun. My two boys are 4 and 3 but when they get old maybe I'll get a game for us all to play...
Wow thanks for the Stream-of-consciousness reponse. I would like to try out GC2,I'll keep it on my radar MOO3 creators should be publicly castrated though. Can anyone tell me 1 good thing that was in MOO3?
Well you go up a notch in my book; back to good guy status
Whoever made MOO3 should have their balls cut off. I think I literally went out of my mind when i waited 3 years for a sequel to my favorite game, reserved a copy at the store, bought it, went home, installed it, loaded it up for the first time and ... scratched my head. It was as if the creators for MOO3 had never even played the previous versions of MOO. I am still boggled how a company could fuck up that bad on a game that was a s
Ohh shit, Hahhahaa...Opera = Oprah? last time I post before a proper cup of coffee Thanks, been changed now
See Bush did nothing to stop this! But glad you are ok.
Who cares, it's France?
So just in case anyone happened to miss Opera "outrage" that she went to Hermes and they wouldn't let her in. According to her own words she arrived at 6:45, though they closed @ 6:30, and was told they were in the process of closing the store. For anyone who has worked in retail this is the norm. Close at 6:30, people in the store at that time
How is this different from the US welfare services paying more if you have more kids? Aren'y they also encouraging more "whoring"?
