Uvah, go to settings in your browser, then safety and a couple up from the bottom it asks you to turn on/off smart screen. IE11

kb3035583 comes up on my machine on every update and it already has a check on it. I have to uncheck it. I figure at 68 I'll stick with W7 as they first have to unsupport vista before they get to W7. Guess then I'll have to decide on what to do but by then I'll be way into my 70's.

Guess I read it wrong also. My OD is the last thing that pops on my screen also. The icon is #3 in the systray. Strange. W7, 8 gigs of ram, windows 64.

Am using W7 and object dock and when I click on a program it brings it up in 3-5 seconds. I've done none of the above fixes, straight out of the box as they say. I can click program after program and its still 3-5 seconds. As I'am an old man I don't need it any faster.
