Honestly, some opinions from your team mates to make a team's theme better doesn't hurt anyone. For the team's best, everyone should be more open minded to new ideas or else everyone would stick to their own style and the theme will not match at all. In my opinion, a team's theme is great because everything has the same style, and then everyone just adds their own artistic talent to it but within the limits.
