They are aware of the issue and will be fixing it, hopefully with a patch soon. It can be frustrating, if you zoom out before hitting turn you can catch most of them.

Rand Johnson in GC2 it was pretty easy to mod, there was a single shipcfg file for each default ship you could edit with the names you wanted to use. I'm hoping GC3 will be as easy.

I know that ships are now binaries and unlike GC2 if you use the wrong starting block you can not edit the file to put in the correct one.

We need a cleaner and safer way to get rid of old designs/parts/templates. There is no fail safe at the moment.

I have seen invasion AI on AI and had them take back planets that turned before I was able to protect it. Mining generates resources for advanced weapons and protection.

mellox , If I am not mistaken it will be in beta 3 and I think they said before Christmas. But they are gonna do something for us about the lack of information on attacks much sooner.

Possible shipyard bug in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

While testing my new spy ship with 2 subspace sensors I ran across this shipyard building a colony ship but nothing showing in the ship yard. You can see a ship being built in the other yard. The issue appears to be any shipyard building their constructors or colony ships.

thanks DARCA1213 and Stalcore The old one was drawn in fireworks. the new one was modeled and rendered in 3dmax. I needed a emblem for mt spaceships there. I love to model starships there too.

Cool ship, it's fun to see how different people use parts. I've always hid non-weapons on the bottom of the ship. I may rethink that now.
