Those folder graphics are most likely made in Photoshop, (or sometimes a 3D program like 3D studio max) and then they are placed into a program called "IconPackager" to be applied onto your computer. Hope this helps....... :)

from what I remember, when I was doing animated skins years ago for XP, you had to have "anim.dll" in the skin's folder or they didn't work. Not sure if that's the case now, but worth looking into. And if you need anim.dll just download one of my old animated skins like Love's Dying Embers, that had animated task buttons I think, and it should be in the folder. Hope this helps Kitty Kat.

Desktop Nexus display lots of stolen artwork. They have a reporting system, but they never get back to you and never take down the stolen images. I know this because there are several of mine on there that I didn't put up........... :(
