Sounds interesting ... between the change in diet (put our kids on the Feingold program (www.feingold.org) for behavioral problems and we're going along with it this time) and (hopefully) an increase in exercise, we'll see how it goes. My big thing is to remember to eat breakfast (usually don't. Not much of a morning person and never have been a real breakfast person).
