Too bad the wind was too crazy. I hope you at least got some BBQ. If not then it does really blow. ;)

I really like when you write stories like this. I also like your having-lived-life wisdom. And I also like you're crazy as a loon. But again aren't we all? I was trying to embed Pink Floyd's Brain Damage.

I know I have some crazy convesations with the mirror in my life. Interesting read as usual, Roy.
I guess I'm waiting 'til it comes out on DVD, too. What's the last good Spielberg movie? Saving Private Ryan? Schindler's List? They came out in 1998 and 1993. Maybe he should have let someone else direct it. Too bad since I was kinda looking forward to it. Same thing with Speed Racer. I used to love the cartoon when I was a kid. :)
Isn't it funny how usually banned reading lists are the best books?
Surely that's a sign of impaired intellect.
One of many he's already shown you.
When Gays get Married, Who does it Really Bother?
It bothers the hell out of me!!!!! Not because I'm a homophobe or don't believe homosexuals have the right to get married but because I have to hear so-called Christians spew their hate under the guise of 'hating the sin not the sinner' bullshit.
Since baseball is played by millionaires for team owners who are billionaires maybe they should all play on Memorial Day but be completely free for anyone in the military or whoever served and their families.
I hate ironing too. But if I need something ironed I will do it myself. The old "if you want something done right" philosophy. I'm actual pretty good at ironing which is okay but now I end up doing it anytime Rose needs something ironing. ;)
Furniture stores do the bait and switch all the damn time. Rose and I were looking for a new dining room table. We will see a nice one in the paper and everytime they will be out of it and try to get us to buy something else. I told them I was never going to their store again. Maybe I went a little overboard but still.
It doesn't intimidate me in the slightest. If anything, it inspires me. Keep it up.
Exactly. Not only does it make me want to write better but it makes me want to travel more.
I scanned briefly over this and made a decision: I'm going to wait until all the installments are in and then find a quite time, put them all in sequence, and DIG IN.
I was thinking of doing the same thing but .. I don't think I have the patience to wait so I will read them as soon as they're posted.
I think this is the start of something big, maybe even a full-blown novel.
Well, you're off to a great start
I'm like Tova, I can't wait for my piece of immorality to come my way.
They say New Amsterdam will be back
So it did get renewed? Did Fox announced it's fall line-up yet?
I think why most people are resistant to change is fear. When people don't understand something or something is different from them more times than not they fear it.
Great news, Mason.
I think it's okay to have the feelings you're having. I think I would have the same feelings. ( Maybe that's why I think it's okay haha ) And at the end, you are happy, joyful and proud. ( Okay so maybe I wouldn't go that far - Kidding :D ) You going to try to get in contact with them?
I have had many women friends who were/are very attractive and most of them would talk so bad about themselves. I found I would have to watch what I say around them. Like one time at a restaurant one friend said she wasn't going get dessert even though she was dying for something sweet. Then when she did order dessert I said, "I thought you weren't getting dessert" and she said, "Are you saying I shouldn't? You think I gained weight, don't you? You think I'm fat." I didn't mean anything bad a
40 mpg is great! 40 mpg is great! Congrats on the new ride. :CONGRAT: Congrats on the new ride. :CONGRAT: (Damn Echo  )
Congratulations, Roy. Great job on your first race and so cool on having so much fun. Was it better than jumping out of a plane?
And as far as I was concerned, I won gold.
I think you did, too. You didn't do all that training to start the race you did it to finish the race and don't sell yourself short. Nine minute miles are fantastic.
I liked it, SC but I translated it first before reading it. I bet it's better and sounds more beautiful reading in Spanish. It sucks I suck at Spanish. I'll wait for Rose to read it to me. :NOTSURE:
Good stuff, Donna. You need to share your talent more. Participate in some of the JU Writing Challenges. :)
I used to call mine Napoleon because he was short and crazed and wanted to rule the world.
 I called my dog Napoleon because he always tore his Bonaparte. ;)
I still do 75% of the list so I wonder what it says about me. Maybe he meant 18 Things a Grown Man Over 50 . ;)
Great dream, SC. I know I sound like a broken record but I do so enjoy your descriptions. ;)
