I just tried and get the same error. It also happened to me a couple of weeks ago. More than likely just a server problem. Reinstall some of the other things you need to and keep trying.

Where did you get it?
It's the trial version but I've only had it for a day! It's been uninstalled and reinstalled about 15 times tho. Most likely the problem.
Read my reply 62 again. Same thing happens to me. EXACTLY the same thing. Just go the f*** away. You're a useless whiner.
I have many times been logged in on the front page and hit the "Forums" tab and was not logged in. Go back to the front page and I was logged in. Come back ten minutes later and everything is fine. It's a site issue, nothing more.
Quality and popularity are two totally different things. I can make a logon with grass and "Vista" plastered all over it and whether it works or not, it will get massive downloads. I've downloaded many of them that didn't work, or only worked at one resolution, and had thousands of downloads and not one comment about the problems with it. And then I can make a first quality logon with a less "popular style" wallpaper in it and get hardly any downloads. If you know yo
What was wrong? I'd like to know so I have an answer the next time I see that problem.
he was having a ' moment' and expressing himself. We all have our "moments"...mine are just a bit more expressive sometimes. Sorry for the thread hijack emecoelho.
I'll hold off for now....but if you see it here, you'll know why.
T Yeah - I saw your latest logon at DA And it won't be showing up here any time soon...this being a "Family Site" and all.
Congrats my friend...you dont get that far if your work sucks. I did....I just posted a couple tons of it.
Very cool!
Seeing that your profile doesn't list you as a current customer..do you have the paid or trial version of WB? And if paid, what build. Posting your WB info would help.
All WB skins? IE7 works perfect on mine...but I don't use the Google toolbar. That would be my guess too.
You need to unzip the file and put the folder in the Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds folder. Then they will show in the list of available backgrounds.
I'm in total agreement with Skinhit on this one. I think this is the second time...something's not right.
Someone else had the same problem here: WWW Link They never answered the last two comments. If you could, it might help track down the problem.
I just checked it...it is for 1024x768. If you want to use it at a higher res, you need to open the Logon Studio editor, click on "Center Panel" on the right side, then down towards the bottom click on "Style" and you should see a dropdown arrow. Click it and set to stretched, save and apply. Then close the LS editor, go to the logon folder, open the uifile, and change line 14 from this: background: rcbmp(100,6,#0,0,0,1,0);//rcbmp(100,6,#FF00FF,0,0,1,0); to this: <br
What resolution are you using? I would guess 1280x1024 and that logon is made for 1024x768 and the wall shrinks up in the top left corner. You can open the logon studio editor and set the center panel to "Stretched" and it will fix the sizing problem, but with some walls the image will have white spots and blotches and a line in the uifile needs to be changed to fix it. Let me know, and I'll post the code change if you need it. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/S
If you need the wallpaper from a .logonxp file, a Logon Studio logon, you can just get it out of the logon folder...C:\Program Files\Wincustomize\Logon Studio\"name of logon". Or if you don't want to install it, you can rename the logon.logonxp file to logon.zip and unzip it and pull the wall out of the folder. If you have a .logonui.exe file, then yes, you need ResHacker to get it out.
Are you using XP? Is it the English Version of XP? Has Logon Studio ever worked? Do the logons that come with it work? I need a bit more information. And a line number would be helpful also.
No problem.
Download and install Logon Studio Then download a logon and doubleclick the .logonxp file and it will open the Logon Studio window and appear in the list of logons to choose from. If you use Internet Explorer, sometimes it will change the extension to .zip. You can either rename the extension back to .logonxp and doubleclick it, or unzip the file and put the folder in C:\Program Files\Wincu
