It depends on what uifile you're using. Usually it will be the foreground color in this section: element [id=atom(instruct)] { contentalign: wrapleft; padding: rect(18rp,0,0,0); fontsize: rcint(43) pt; foreground: rgb(255,255,255);

You probably used a .jpg or .gif for the center panel and renamed it to .bmp. The center panel needs to be a true .bmp. Open the image in Paint or any other graphics program you have, and save it as .bmp_100 in the folder of the logon you're creating.

26x26 is the standard size for a Logon Studio logons. You need to change the size first and then save them as bmps. I doubt Fastone will do it. You need to get a graphics program that will resize them. I'm sure there are some free ones, I just can't think of any names at the moment.

Try Right-clicking on the dock somewhere there isn't an icon and un-checking "Lock-Dragging" if it's checked.

It's a lot nicer when it works the way it's supposed to. Sometimes the reinstall works, sometimes not. I doubt they'll ever be an update for the XP Logon Studio, but the beta for the Vista Logon Studio will be out next week. It depends. Sometimes it will ask what I want to do, open with LS or save the file. If I open with Logon Studio, it opens the LS window and shows the new logon in the preview window. And other times, it won't give me a choice, it will just save it. That is with Firefox. I rarely use IE, but the last time I did, it saved the logon as a .zip instead of a .logonxp. And it was one of mine, so I know it was a .logonxp file. Who knows? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/

If you haven't tried already, uninstall and reinstall Logon Studio. It's been known to do weird things like this before. Other than that, I'm out of ideas.
