I have the same problem. Quick launch menu, transparancy and scroll bar. if I use arrow (or any other vista skin that is transparent) and your screensaver comes on, my cursorxp cursor goes behind the window frame. also my start button overlay goes under the menu. after a while i removed window blinds, but today i am going to reinstall it.

I think rss is going to last. Maybe a new version will come out.

when my account is loging my in i click the start button and the overlay is above. the problem must be a program.
i have another computer, and it works.

VistaXP By KoL. that is the best skin. when i downloaded windowblinds 4 the featured skin was vistaxp so i downloaded it.
it is more pro, it is cool becuse it can show the weather.
choose site "themes" or "skins" like you could with the old site changeing the theme would be cool.

i took them out of windows vista's system files. their the real deal.
well microsoft made them me and Kudesnick ported them.
