thanks again DrJBHL,I've figured out what to do. what i did was i install the 4.20 public IP over the 4.21 then all was ok and i've even updated back to 4.21,thanks again.

thanks again to DrJBHL and Hankers for the help all went well and icon packager is now install. now there is a different problem [e digicons]:grin:[/e] ,everytime i try to change my icons manually e.g my harddrive icons i've gotten a "Error:Failed to load common .dll file". i've uninstalled and install again,is there away i can get that dll file or is there another way to solve this. thanks in advance

honestly to god,many things in life wont get me upset and its funny that this does. as i wrote above i've exit my anti-virus/no firewall to see if that was the issue,i've tried SDC but it keeps telling me my account have expired,i've tried the public version iconpacker which is the one i need the most,all FAILED. here is a screenshot of me trying to download IPackager at a 400+kbs and it will sit like that for HOURS <a href="http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/9900/need

some of the programs download and update fine but some don't e.g IP,I've disable firewall plus my anti-virus just to be certain but no luck,I've tried my 2 lan port plus have the latest driver for it still no luck. and as i said "what makes if funny" is that it would show my download speed when updating at 440kbs,i've been doing the icon packager update for hours starting yesterday(on and off) and it at 11.5% [e digicons]:grin:[/e]

Greetings and hope I'm in the right section. I'm having a problem since recent,when installing or update some of my object desktop ultimate sofware like Icon packager,it takes a very very long time in install or update even when it show i'm getting 440kbs(my connection is 4094/768). I even had to install some of the public version of the software just to get them up becuase of how long they're taking,its really getting to me now,honestly so some help would be appreciated.
