~ The only thing I use WMP for are files which are exclusive to WMP. All my other audio and video files are handled by WinAmp and JetAudio. IMO, WinAmp is as solid as you can get for an audio player and some of the skins for it are just as awesome, if not better, than what you can get for WMP. ~ Very nice little app! I think the greatest thing about it is the resampling option. I use 1600x1200 screen res and a lot of the wallpapers I have are either 1024x768 or 1280x1024, the resampling options clear up all the distortions from stretching the image. Everything I've tried it with has come out looking fantastic! Great job!! I'd recommend this to anyone who switches their desktop as much as I do...which is VERY often!!

~ I'm excited about the IconX and DX split. I love IconX and the separation will prove to be a very smart move. DX is awesome in it's own right but I change WB skins so often that I don't use it all the time and miss IconX. I hate running a blank theme with just IconX running...kinda defeats the purpose.

~ One thing I have to whole-heartedly agree with is the completeness of a skin. It really bothers me when you have a fantastic looking skin but not a complete one. Personally, I like to have quick launch buttons that are actually buttons...not blended into the taskbar and menus that actually use graphics and not just colors. I used to just fiddle with the colors in the display properties before I discovered WB. After checking all the instances of the font on my system I found one that wasn't corrupt or a shortcut and replaced all of them with the good one. ~ Moshi, that's a nifty little app. After using it I was amazed at how many errors there were in my font folder. Thanks for the heads up on that one!!
~ Does anyone have any idea why my Dungeon font no longer works. I've tried it in a few skins and it just doesn't show up. When I go to view the actual file, there's nothing there. I just noticed that it doesn't seem to do it on every window. I notice it ALL the time in Explorer but it doesn't do it on the WB configuration window or some other apps. It's got me baffled. I'm pretty picky and it's caused me not to use some of my favorite skins. Grrrrr...after reviewing everything in SkinStudio I can't find any errors that would cause it. It's gotta be some type of bug in WB because we're talking about skins made by some of the BEST artists that I've noticed it on.
~ I've come across quite a few skins where the rolled up titlebar is screwy. It's always the left side of the bar. It looks like there is a chunk taken out of the lower part of the bar. Most recent examples are Thunderstorm and Zippo. I've seen it in quite a few skins and wondered if it was something with the skin or with WB. If it's something I can fix myself, please let me know what it is and how to fix it. If it's the skin and something I can't fix, I'd like to let the author know.
