Is a screenshot technically an upload? It's not like someone is going to use your screenshot as their wallpaper, is it? I don't see why you would need permission to show a screenshot of you using their wallpaper, I should think they would be pleased that you are using it.

You need to download the copper_deck_2.wba file and open it with Winzip or whatever program you use for zip files. The userpick.jpg file is inside the wba file.
Windowblind skins don't always come with a user pic. If it's included it would be inside the zip file.
Just having a windowblind skin applied to your desktop will insure that it is loaded on re-boot. That's all you have to do.
Why bother risking disaster by manually tweaking your registry for the sake of saving a couple of bucks by not buying specialized software? Not many people are savvy enough to do so... This is not something for the vast majority of people to try. Don't be cheap, buy the software. <A H
You have the latest version, and you are running WinXp, my advice is to just delete the skin and try something else. Sometimes certain skins just won't work right on your computer's operating system. Nothing to worry about, just pick one that works without any problems. I don't like to mess around with skins that cause my system problems. There are so many to choose from, you don't need to try to make something work that doesn't want to. <img src="http://images.stardock.
Well, first off, make sure that you are using the latest version of Windowblinds... This skin has lots of bells and whistles and perhaps that is causing your problem.
Guten tag, wie gehts? Was ist los mit dir, bitte?
Sorry, too bright for me...
Well, everybody is getting so technical and I'm in a bad mood... So... Sorry, won't go off right now, blew it all out screaming at the neighbor's dog.. I'm plumb tuckered out. By the way, Mac's can kiss my A**. > <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/burk.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmid
Personally, I made a sub-directory in My Docuements and I store all downloaded Stardock and Wincustomize files in there. One stop shopping! Easy to locate anything I need no matter what program it relates to.
I started having miscellaneous problems after installing SP-1 and decided to uninstall it. Everything is back to normal and all weird glitches have disappeared. Perhaps it would be best to do a complete reinstall of the OS followed immediately by the SP-1 update, but I won't do that unless I have to... <
I've been using Microangelo for a couple of years and the only advantage over it that I saw was the ability to convert Apple icons to WinXP format.
I used this for 30 days and was not impressed.
I'm sorry, but I'm not going to use my OS as a guinea pig. I'll wait for the final release before I download this version...
