This is ridiculous. I find myself leaning more and more to the left as time goes on and as I see more of the world and the people in it, but I'm still rather centrist. To hear of either side trying to ban things like this just fills me with rage. Censorship is, and will always be, a tool of the closed-minded to try and force their point of view, whatever it may be. I don't care what it says - I really don't think that it should be banned.

I've got a great idea for a blog, but I don't want to publish it until the sidebar is fixed. It's one of those things that I want everyone to read and enjoy, and while I do have some faithful visitors (for whom I am grateful), I'd really like to share it with others. So I'm waiting for it to be fixed!!!!!!! ;) <!-- Ju-Anchor-F

Strong work, and a good argument. I don't really know anything about it from personal experience. I can imagine how bad those weeks suck, but you've got to do what you've got to do. And fit in all the info you're trying to fit in. Congrats on being willing to do what it takes to learn what you want to learn!!!!

Mom is the one who will wipe your nose when you've got a cold . . . but won't touch your used gym socks if her life depends on it. She's the one that will do anything for her kids - call it the "mama bear" complex, she's gotta protect her cubs (or at least that's how my mother refers to it) A mother gives you a place

Interested to see what you have to say. As of right now, I can't see the logic in it. But that's why I'm a liberal arts major, me and logic must not be on real friendly terms . . .

I really don't know what to think about this . . . more google stuff. They really are out to rule the internet. I swear, the second this will sync with my PocketPC, goodbye Outlook! And it's only a matter of time, and I'm one hundred percent sure it will . . .

By the way, how did you get cool enough to be sent actual albums to review? And how do I sign up? Jealous . . .

yeah, I got it. Great tune, by the way. I put that disc in for the first time in months the other day in my car - and the car has pretty thumptastic bass - and I wanted to cry when the bass started on Dis Con Nec Ted. Wow. Sorry life's been nuts. At least you're still alive - things could be worse, you know . . . Keep it up, my friend. It'll all be over in a month!!!!!!! <img src="../images/smiles/jokegrim.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle

Oh kay. Time to weigh in. For the record, I've watched American Idol all of three times in my life. It's not my style of show, and not usually my style of music. But I do have many friends who are avid fans, and when I heard they were doing a night of all Queen songs, I had to watch. Thank goodness Bucky is gone. You can't countrify "Fat Bottomed Girls" and get away with it. End of story. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smiles/Ew.gi

(thoughts on a Wednesday) I arrive home from work tired. Very tired. It's been another long day at the garden center. When I woke up, it looked like a cloudy day, but lo and behold, the sun poked his shiny face out, turned my nose red and my arms brown, and it was beautiful. What made today at work so great? It wasn't anything special. I moved some pallet

I think that you make a valid point, but that is the exact reason why throwing around the word "criminal" is too much. I've broken the speed limit, on more than one occasion. So that makes me a criminal, too. And I'm pretty sure you have, as well. Unless you can honestly tell me that you've never broken a law in this country, then it's just a case of the pot calling the kettle black . While I think that the system needs a serious fixing, I don'

I thought that I'd share the story of my ex-girlfriend here, just for fun. I'm not bitter; it happened too long ago for me to really care anymore, but it is a funny story, so here goes . . . I met her back in 2002, when I first got to college. We lived in the same dorm, and I fell for her super-fast. We had a lot of fun; I cared a lot about this girl, and

I like poetry though, and a poem written by pen on paper just looks and feels better to me. There's something about the promise of a fresh and clean notework that offers a multitude of options... I agree wholeheartedly. As a musician and lyricist, I can't type my lyrics - they seem less organic, less i

I'm sorry! it sure does suck when you puke. At least you were out enjoying springtime, right?

Big time congrats, from one who is looking for the right one. May you find all the happiness you could ever want and have much joy and laugher together! Nice proposal, by the way . . . very romantic.

Ok, how do you feel about comments pertaining to them being terrorists, or support terrorism, or "are intolerant to other faiths"? I think that a comment like that is too general. Almost every organized religion has been intolerant of one faith or another (with the possible exception of the Bahai's).

I've been asked by many friends over the last few months what exactly the name "San Chonino" means. I remember when I first started reading BlueDev's blog (being the stupid younger brother that I am) it took me forever to figure out what the name meant. So I thought I'd share the origins of the name. As some of you know, I served a mission for the Church of Jesu

I think that the best would be if someone tried to do the theme from the Flash Gordon movie . . . now THAT is classic Queen. I do think it would be cute to see Kellie sing "Another One Bites the Dust", though . . . that girl is gorgeous . . . sign me up!

Gosh. I can't believe that people would do that sort of thing. It seems like the more and more I see of the world, the less and less I like people. Maybe I'll just go live in the woods in a shanty! For what it's worth, I'm sorry. Just think - soon you'll be enjoying the cold of Wisconsin . . .

You can DOOOOO it! C'mon, you've got to show me up, right? I'll only be a Ph.D. after all, and a 'fud' isn't a real doctor, after all . . . But in a few weeks YOU will be! Congrats, feo!

Strong review. I agree with almost all of what you said. I found this album to be the best that QR has given me for a long time. I've missed these guys sounding good, and to hear them sound THAT good after so long really is heartening. And the cover is creepier than the original - it's at least got that going for it for sure.

I was never a huge trekkie, but I can remember rushing home with my brother from church on Sunday afternoons back in the late eighties to watch TNG. I loved Picard. It's what caused me to respect Patrick Stewart as an actor. There was a girl I was dating for awhile that was way into Voyager (she felt the woman captain and all was . . . um . . . empowering or something.) We would get in friendly disagreements about it. I told her TNG was the bes
