What Wizard1956 said those temperatures will cause BSOD sooner or later, or the system will just shut down to prevent damage. You should renew Thermal Paste and if you are not compftable doing so yourself, then take it to a local dealer/store and tell them to replace it for you should be around 5 USD. They usually also blow out dust and have all of the stuff needed. That way you dont have to buy a full ampoule of Artic Silver and spend too much money if you dont have the paste
