OK...where did I mess up? in Docks WinCustomize Forums

last week I worked on a dock (Big Orange Docks located here WWW Link ) and submitted them for moderation. Granted, I have not made many docks, nor have I been at the process for long, and also grated there are dock artists out there who make awesome stuff that make mine look like simple stick figures, but all the docks I've submitted before have AT LEAST gotten a decent rating or "way to give it the ol
